🍅 Quick Marinated Tomatoes (24 Hours)

Tastes just like canned tomatoes, but much quicker and easier to prepare! You can make them with any type of tomatoes, at any time of the year. Perfect as a snack, side dish, or salad addition.

🛒 Ingredients:

▫️ Tomatoes

▫️ Onion

▫️ Garlic

▫️ Chili pepper (optional)

For the marinade (1 liter jar)

▫️ 1 tsp salt

▫️ 1 tsp dried basil

▫️ 1 tbsp honey

▫️ 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

👉 Advice:

✨ Works with any type of tomato — juicy, meaty, or mixed.
✨ Great with fresh bread or as a topping for grilled meat.
✨ The longer they sit, the richer the flavor.

Slice the onion into half-rings, cut the tomatoes into medium pieces, and mince the garlic.

In a clean jar, layer the ingredients: onion, tomatoes, garlic. Repeat until the jar is full. Add a few slices of hot chili pepper in the middle. Finish with a layer of onion on top.

Mix together the salt, dried basil, honey, and vinegar.

Pour the marinade into the jar, close with a lid, and gently shake to distribute.
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours. During this time, shake the jar a couple of times for even flavor.
After 24 hours, the tomatoes are ready to enjoy. For a richer flavor, let them marinate longer.

Quality Fresh 2 beef fillets ( approximately 14 ounces each )

Quality Olive oil

4 cups Chestnut Mushrooms

1 sprig fresh thyme

4 cups puff pastry

8 slices Parma ham

2 egg yolks

beaten with 1 tbsp water and a pinch of salt

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Beef Wellington

2 tbsp olive oil

7 oz beef trimmings

4 large shallots ( peeled and sliced )

12 black peppercorns

1 bay leaf

1 sprig fresh thyme

Splash of red wine vinegar

3 cups red wine

3 cups beef stock
