The perfect dinner thatās ready in just 20 minutes and will make everyone ask for seconds!

For the chicken:
ā«ļø 4 chicken thighs
ā«ļø 2 tbsp soy sauce
ā«ļø 1 tsp dried garlic
ā«ļø Salt to taste
ā«ļø 2ā3 tbsp cornstarch
ā«ļø Vegetable oil for frying
For the sauce:
ā«ļø 3 cloves fresh garlic
ā«ļø 30 g butter
ā«ļø 2 tbsp honey
ā«ļø 1 tbsp soy sauce (from the total amount)

š Advice:
To avoid excess liquid: keep the lid off for the last 5ā7 minutes to let the moisture evaporate.
For deeper flavor: add garlic, smoked paprika, or a splash of soy sauce.
For a lighter version: use ground turkey or chicken and skip the oil if using a non-stick pan.
Vegetarian alternative: replace meat with beans or mushrooms for a hearty plant-based version.
For more color: add a bit of sweet pepper or swap tomato paste for ketchup.
Serving idea: best enjoyed hot, with a spoon of sour cream and fresh herbs on top.

Heat olive oil in a large pan and sautƩ the onion until soft and translucent.
Add the grated carrot and cook for 3ā4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the ground meat, break up any clumps, and fry for 6ā7 minutes until lightly browned.

Add cabbage, salt, pour in tomato paste diluted with water

Pour in hot water, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 25ā30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
The cabbage should decrease in volume and become soft, and the liquid should partially evaporate.

Taste, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve hot ā ideally with sour cream.
