For the chicken:

ā–«ļø 1 tsp dried garlic

ā–«ļø Salt to taste

ā–«ļø 2–3 tbsp cornstarch

For the sauce:

ā–«ļø 3 cloves fresh garlic

ā–«ļø 30 g butter

ā–«ļø 2 tbsp honey

ā–«ļø 1 tbsp soy sauce (from the total amount)

To avoid excess liquid: keep the lid off for the last 5–7 minutes to let the moisture evaporate.

Add cabbage, salt, pour in tomato paste diluted with water

3 cups red wine

3 cups beef stock
